Small – 10″-13″
Medium – 10.5″-13.5″
Large – 11.5″ – 14.5″
X-Large – 13.5″ – 15.5″
If you have bigger arms this armband is for you. Obviously it won't fit if you have Mr. Olympia arms. But if you have generally bigger arms go with this. Also, it's comfortable to wear. And looks good with my harness. Can't wait to go to the bars and show off proudly!
