Shipping Policy
Free Shipping on Domestic Orders $49.99*
Free Shipping is valid within the Contiguous United States with merchandise total of $49.99 or more. Shipping time for Free shipping is 5-10 business days. With the exception of a few drop-shipped items, all orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles.
*Furniture, Boots, and Oversized items are excluded from free shipping. These items will note the additional shipping fees.
Most orders are shipping within 1-2 business days. Leather, Neoprene, and Clothing is not always stocked, and some pieces will be made-to-order. Items can take 5-10 business days from when the order is made. A notice will be emailed when items must be made.
International Shipping
Depending on the size of the order, packages will be shipped by either USPS or DHL.
Customs and Import Duties
- Import Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, and/or taxes upon arrival in your country.
- Duties and Taxes Unpaid: We ship orders DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). You'll be responsible for any additional fees required to release your package. Unfortunately, we can't predict these costs.
- Customs Seizures: We're not responsible for items confiscated by customs. Refunds/credits will only be issued for seized items returned to us.
- Unclaimed/Refused Packages: If your package is unclaimed or refused, you'll be charged for return shipping.
- Customs Policies: For specific information about your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
